I contacted Ken after ready many positive reviews about his services. I am an expat, and new to Australia since January of 2022, and I anticipated that my tax return would be complicated, since I still own foreign rental properties. Ken replied very quickly and was great to work with. He asked me some questions, told me what information I had to pull together for my special situation, provided me with a quote, and was patient with me taking extra time to pull all the required information together. Every time I contacted Ken with questions, or if he had questions after I sent him the information he needed, he was very responsive and helpful. In the end Ken also saved me a substantial amount of taxes. He is very knowledgeable and I can highly recommend Ken's services even for complicated tax returns.

I've had previous issues with the last two tax accountants since my original accountant retired after 17 years working together, unfortunately the last 2 accountants haven't been so great and caused a slight mess, thanks to Ken Doan he has cleaned their mess up and got my accounts up to date. What is required to lodge your income tax return?
We ask our clients to have their Tax File Number and bank account details. When you book in with DoanTax, your registered tax agent will give you a checklist of possible deductions and income selections to consider. If you aren’t sure – that’s okay too.
